Friday Night Multicultural Grooves with Opa Yallah

Opa Yallah began in 2018 in Toronto. The group's members come from a variety of backgrounds (Iranian, Turkish, Filipino, Canadian) coming together through their love for the folk and popular music of Iran, Greece, Turkey, and the Arab world. They have begun adding original compositions to a repertoire, developing a sound that is at once intimate and danceable.
