Join us to step into the world of Andean music with an interactive workshop led by Jaime Stears. In this session, you’ll have the opportunity to discover traditional Andean instruments like the charango and the quena, learning about their unique sounds and cultural significance. Jaime will guide you through the history and role of these instruments in Andean music, providing an immersive experience that allows you to connect with the rhythms and melodies that have been passed down through generations. The workshop will conclude with a group singing session where you’ll learn and perform a traditional Andean song, celebrating the music that has shaped the cultural landscape of the Andes.
